For example the msg below. I believe the popup happens when the msg is
displayed. I may have even gotten two popups at the same time when
clicking through the folder quickly.

It seems likely it is this "signed"/"signature" bit that causes it.

I will be grateful, but I am afraid this document is beyond help,
however I have to deal with it, that is to modify and to save so that
other MS Word users can read and print it.
