Emacs translates M-[A-Z] to M-[a-z] when M-[A-Z] is not bound to any
function.  But if M-S is bound, M-S runs its own function and is
distinguished from M-s.  I think Emacs bind M-s to search map, but
does not assign M-S to any function.

'-' key is already bound to wl-summary-prev-line-content.  If we use
'+' for wl-summary-stick, the asymmetricity seems a bit strange to me.
