Webmail beta

Hi,

I've put a beta of the webmail there:

Most notably, this beta includes a re-organization of the files inside, 
to reduce the mess. Check out the lib and etc directories.

Also, a lot of bugs have been fixed there, and most notably bugs #37, 
#38, #39 and #41.

This beta needs (at least) perl 5.8, because of the use of the perl 
Encode module. So for Debian users, it means Sarge (great, it should be 
out any day now ;-)). The use of this module should improve a lot the 
decoding of mail headers in the inbox, especially for people getting 
mails from different charsets.
