Webmail 0.12.1 released

Hi,

Webmail v 0.12.1 has been released. It is mostly a (small) bugfix release, 
with several improvments in mail header decoding in inbox. 
Two new features:
- optional ability to report SPAM to SPAM software (tested and documented 
with SpamAssassin) 
- full managment of the "Urgent header" (though it almost ignored by 
several mail readers, among them Thunderbird). 

Also, if you translated the webmail into foreign languages, please have a 
look and update the translation files. They now are up to date only in 
french, english and russian.
