Hi, I just released version 0.9.10 of the webmail. It contains the auto-charset detection and the icons for the getmsg.pl. The auto-charset detection is very limited for now, especially it doesn't detect the charset to apply in a MIME/multipart message, and i don't even know if there's a need to do such, because according to the RFCs, there can even be different charsets in every part of a MIME/multipart message. Anyway, i've fixed some small bugs as well (there was a small CSS bug, for instance).
