WebMail version 0.10.2 released

Hi,

New version has been released.
Essentially, there are several bugfixes, plus now the webmail is able 
to display an
"urgent" tag on messages if Priority was set so.

I plan on going on inmproving charset handling support in next 
releases, namely adding
multiple charset support of inbox listing, and then maybe for sending.

Well, till then, new version changelog, and stuff:
