POP3 Server: Disable Plaintext Login

Hi, It would be nice to have the option of disabling plain USER/PASS POP3 logins, without forcing the use of POP3s. It supports APOP, and STLS, so just as with the control in server.tab over SMTP AUTH mechanisms shown during plain negotiation, it would be nice to offer POP3 capability APOP and STLS, not USER, when TLS is not in use; when TLS comes into use, of course, plain logins are allowed again. This would be very nice in particular if using POP-before-SMTP, since then nearly any piece of software can provide authentication for relaying by POP login first.
