The configuration I have is windows with apache2triad from 2006. XMail's sendmail interface is a bit different than most others; check the docs. Also check that your script is giving the mail in on stdin; I know for a fact that Win32 does not handle pipes with grace. It may be easier to just convert to the use of SMTP on localhost:25.
