Yes, I've had a very similar problem. I had been inadvertently polling 
one account every hour. Checking two different accounts from the same 
machine both got login errors. Now, each is only polling every 12 hours, 
but they still aren't working. It probably doesn't have anything to do 
with the frequency, especially in light of the other posts about a 
redirect page.
