Florin,
This is an old issue. Sometimes I get these messages too. YoSucker checks to
see if there is a valid header before deleting each message. If not, it leaves
the message on Yahoo. It was designed this way to be "safe".

If you want to delete it anyway, comment out line 1691 in sputnik.pm
        $fetched = 0;
to
        #$fetched = 0;
