You could maybe try DIGEST=Inbox, but I have no idea what that will do, 
given that I have no idea what DIGEST is supposed to do to begin with.

It works for me, cause I actually want all my bulk mail crap (I'm still 
not sure why Bulk mail counts against your mailbox quota, but it does, 
and if I don't download it, it'll fill my entire mailbox.) But yeah, it 
sounds like going back to 43 is probably the right solution for you.

Are those configuration options actually documented anywhere other than 
in the sample .conf files?
