I seem to recall that the other times this happens, it can start working 
again.  I think this has something to do with which server you actually 
end up contacting.  Yahoo doesn't appear to do changes all at once.

For the moment I've grudgingly gone to POP3, and will have to put up 
with Yahoo's spam.  I've got some important emails coming in, so I don't 
want to mess around.
