Last I heard from Vlad Zero, he is still travelling
somewhere, but 
should be returning soon.

This problem took a couple days to figure out. I have
completed a patch 
for PR59 to allow it to work again. The patch can be
found in the 
Patches section of SourceForge. The link is

This should work for everyone, but if you're not
experiencing problems, 
then do not apply the patch. I didn't test it for
multiple countries, 
only for my accounts in the US.

Directions to apply the patch can be found on the
first link. If you 
cannot apply the patch, I can't help you, but if you
applied the patch 
and are still recieving errors, please email them to
the list, and I'll 
try to work on them in Vlad's absence.
