Dear YoSucker users, I am happy to inform you that YoSucker has now a new maintainer! Jeffrey (jabetcha) has been around the project for a while and he provided invaluable patches and help while I was out of the internet reach. As most of you have probably noticed, I had not time and means for YoSucker's development and it was very sad to see the project slowly decline without the necessary daily maintenance work. Handing the project to Jeffrey should end this period of inaction and I hope it will bring a new life to the project and keep it alive for another while. It is nice to see things are moving again and that the Prototype 61, which should fix most of the known problems, has been released almost immediately Jeffrey got the rights to manage the project. However, as the last six or so months clearly showed how fragile the project is when it depends on a single person and how dangerous such a situation can be for the project future, I would like to ask those of you, who are familiar with perl and YoSucker or are ready to help with the project maintenance in any other way, to join the YoSucker development team. I am sure Jeffrey will be happy for any help from you! In the end, I would like to thank all the people who have contributed to the project in the two and half years of its existence (the first YoSucker Prototype 07 was released on May 1st 2002). I hope YoSucker will keep doing the job for you and you will keep helping Jeffrey to make this project possible. Take care, YoSuckers! Keep keepin it on! Vlad -z3r0- -- Adira já ao Net Dialup Light.
