Well, we're getting there. ;-)

I have in my config file:

BOX=Inbox
DIGEST=Bulk
BULK=0

I ran it and got:

Using ctubutis.conf
Creating digest repository (ignore LIMIT)...
Respawning FAILED.
Login OK.
INBOX
-> Reading list of messages...
-> Matching repository...
-> You've got 6 new message(s)!
-> Fetching [######] Done.
-> Moving to Trash... Done.
BULK
-> Reading list of messages...
-> Matching repository...
-> You've got 7 new message(s)!
-> Fetching [DDDDDDD] Done.
-> Moving to Trash... Done.
Logout SKIPPED.

And I received a message from the Yosucker Olympics Team with a Subject
of:

%40B%40BULK Folder Diggest

that contains ,just as promised, summary information of what's in the
Bulk mailbox. I have no idea what %40 is, presumably some sort of
bolding or underlighting or some such but it's not important.

But...

BULK=0 # Do NOT trash the BULK messages automatically.

Seems to have no effect, look at that second to last line:

-> Moving to Trash... Done.

And thus it has... all dem dar "junk" messages were rather
uncermoniously trashed. Do I have something misconfigured or should I be
expecting a pr50d soon?

P.S. Vlad - Please, slow down. ;) Don't be pressured to release things
on Fridays, the commercial software world does that and so have some
Java developers I used to work with. The pressures of "deadlines" and
all. As a sysadmin, I would get torqued at developers who would release
broken things on Fridays and then take off for the weekend, leaving me
to deal with the mess.
