YoSucker 79 not downloading all messages?

So I checked, and sure enough, a bunch of emails were being ignored by YoSucker. When it would run, it would simply say Using jon.conf Login OK. INBOX -> Reading list of messages... -> Matching repository... -> No new messages. Logout OK. I deleted my repository, and tried again, and this time it ran and said there were 20000 emails to download (which is not possible, as there's about 8000+ messages in my Yahoo account.) It downloaded about a hundred messages, and then it failed with "Couldn't connect to server." It did get some of the new messages when it did this, but not all of them. Any ideas on why it's ignoring some (but not all) of my new messages? Also, does pr77 and above require the new Yahoo! beta, or is it just compatible with it?
