thanks a heap for that - will do.  The only problem is that when I get
to work my work client will download all the messages that I've already
read at home the night before... 

before saying any more I'll try to get my head more into the Zoe space -
I'd like to think that there was a 'better' solution to this, but can
certainly see what you're saying about deleting messages not making
sense (my reading between the lines).
