If the app fails to connect to an account 10 times in a row. You can 
control this through the ServiceAgent's failure.count property. A value 
of zero disable this feature.

Yep... the app is not going to start injecting random status report in 
your message flow :)

However any reasonable alternatives are welcome.

Application feedbacks seems to be a recurrent concern... any concrete 
ideas on how to improve the current situation?
