There is no command line option for this... perhaps there should be one 
though :) Or perhaps the ability to upload a mbox directly to the app 
for import purpose?

For the time being, press "import" under your account preferences, .

You can also specify an alternative import path if you set the 
SZMboxImport's path property before hand.

Nope. 'rebuild' doesn't have anything to do with 'import'.
