Yes. The left side is the header name, and the right side the header 
value prefix. Both header name and value are case insensitive.

(Info) SZMail.MailFilter.clinit: your headers key-value pairs.

When a message gets rejected, you should see a log showing its 
Message-ID and the key-value pair with caused the rejection.
