Please note that we cannot accept your use of the phrase "Googling your
email" as a tagline for your service. This use of "Googling" is both
incorrect, as it does not involve use of the Google search services, and
likely to cause confusion and therefore trademark infringement.  It is
important to Google that our mark be used correctly and that users not be
confused.  Therefore, we must insist that you cease use of this phrase in
connection with your services.

As an aside, "googling" seems to be of quite common use.

A popular search engine returns around 237,000 results for "googling":
