I think you lose a lot of credibility by threatening people (why even say "please") that wish to discuss your post further. That's the point of a discussion list . . . Otherwise I agree, people that aren't lawyers shouldn't be giving legal cousel, or CC'ing google on messages, since that could be a bad mistake.
