Form ZOE? No. On the contrary: when connecting to ZOE's build-in POP 
server, you need to set your email client to *leave* everything on the 
ZOE's POP server. This will force your client to remember what it has 
already fetched.

Hmmm... this doesn't work that way. ZOE's POP server cannot keep track 
of what was fetched by whom. Instead, your email client has to do it. 
You simply need to set your email client to leave all the messages on 
ZOE's POP server. Very simple :)
