If you take a look at the HTML generated by the app, you should see the 
following link in the header:

<link rel="alternate" type="application/rss+xml" title="RSS" 
href="/rss/today.xml">

Which indicates that you can access the RSS 2.0 feed at the following 
location:

http://127.0.0.1:10080/rss/today.xml

Keep in mind that you will most likely need to authenticate yourself to 
the app if you access the feed remotely.

Hmmm... I'm on Mac OS X, so I use NetNewsWire of course :) I'm not 
aware of any console-based feed readers though.
