webserver not starting?

I'm trying to debug as vanilla installation of Zoe, which doesn't appear
to be starting up completely.

I have a fresh download of the tarball, which has been extracted to its
own directory.

When I run the jar file, I get the following:

browser, and if I manually point my browser at 127.0.0.1:10080, I get a
connection refused.

Unfortunately, this doesn't mean much to me, as I don't know what it
*should* be doing at this point. 

I did look inside /home/arakune/Zoe/Library/SZ/ and noted that there is
no Configurations sub directory. Is there perhaps something missing from
my tarball? I downloaded the beta relase at:

	http://zoe.nu/itstories/story.php?data=stories&num=24&sec=3

This is all very peculiar, because I have previously had no trouble
running Zoe, from the tarball downloaded from the same location. Nothing
has changed in my own system configuration since then, and I can't
imagine that the tarball itself has changed either (my previous install
was after May 31). Unfortunately, I no longer have that previous tarball
to compare against.
