modify Simple's MIME types ?

how would one modify the embedded Simple server's MIME types ?

a check of the usual information haunts proved fruitless.


ps- i know the elves are busy, but in all honesty, just 15min their time to quickly fill in the
right side of the chart on this page: http://zoe.omara.ca/SystemConfiguration/ConfigurationEditor ,
would be immensely helpful for the many zoe users out there.  something to put the "back burner"
list perhaps :)

pps- i liked the "Wiki-as-UI-template-editor" idea... simple, effective, and innocuously optional
for those souls who could care less about such things :)
