Im not a laywer but I can only second this: Google's legal and
Marketing department will have to learn to live with Google's branding
success:

Google's brand has become synonymous with their product category. But
they are many precedents: Xerox, Polaroid, Kleenex, Band-Aid, Q-Tips,
Levi's, Tetra Pak........

None of the above companies engages in ceise-and-decist actions when
their brandname is used in broader context; they rather sit back and
enjoy the ultimate branding success that eludes their competitors...

So Google, stop acting like Microsoft (remember Mikerowesoft.com?
