Can't connect to ZOE POP server

Hi,

I can't seem to connect to Zoe's POP server.  I am using Eudora 6.2
(Win XP), and am able to send through the SMTP, but pop refuses to
connect.  I get this error in Eudora:

ZOE. Connection to the Mail Server..., [02:19:28PM]
Errir getting network address for "localhost:10110"  Cause: host not
found (11001)

I have also tried using 127.0.0.1 instead of localhost - same issue.

What should I do?
