I see... the problem is that you have specified to only retrieve 
mailboxes under "mail":

'imap://dave%40foo.com:[email protected]:143/mail/'

The path after your mail server host name effectively says: only 
retrieve folders under "mail"... if you have multiple mailbox 
hierarchies, you will need to define a property file listing them:
