my SpamHeader.properties contains the following:
#Wed Nov 24 01:43:45 PST 2004
X-Text-Classification=spam // Used by POPFile
X-SpamPal=spam // Used by SpamPal
X-Spambayes-Classification=spam // Used by SpamBayes
X-Spam-Flag=yes // Used by SpamAssassin
I then tried adding the following to it as well:
X-Spam-Status=yes // Used by SpamAssassin
With no change. These show up in the configuration editor assistant accordingly (along with all the new folder=true flags for my new restricted IMAP settings) but it is not trapping it, as in the following message containing this header that got through:
X-Spam-Status: Yes, hits=7.5 required=5.0
tests=EXTRA_MPART_TYPE,FORGED_MUA_OUTLOOK,HTML_40_50,
HTML_IMAGE_ONLY_08,HTML_MESSAGE,NO_REAL_NAME
version=2.55
X-Spam-Level: *******
X-Spam-Checker-Version: SpamAssassin 2.55 (1.174.2.19-2003-05-19-exp)
X-Spam-Report: This mail is probably spam. The original message has been attached
along with this report, so you can recognize or block similar unwanted
mail in future. See http://spamassassin.org/tag/ for more details.

Are the SpamHeader properties case-senstive now ?
Sorry for all the questions but it has been a while since Zoe was working for me so apparently many things have changed since I was gone.
Thanks You,
