new configuration format

Hello,

Version 0.6.2 introduces a new configuration format [1].

If you have defined properties files, they will get converted to the 
new format automatically.

The format uses a '.plist' extension.

See attachment for an example.

Only the format as changed. The semantic of all the configuration files 
as well as their keys has not.
