When i first started using Zoe (a couple of years ago), i found the rss/email 
aggregator a boon. However, there are now so many other options and tools 
available, that fit more closely to my needs, that i no longer use it.

Seeing as there are tools that do exactly what Zoe's aggregator does, and are 
being maintained and updated currently, it seems that dropping that part of Zoe 
is no real loss. And this removes another bit of code for you have to maintain, 
so you can concentrate on the main app's development.

Also, i think loosing the blogger XML-RPC interface is no problem.
