I've stopped CC'ing everyone in these headers and am replying now only 
to the mailing list:

Working: no. Volunteer to advance the open source defintion: yes.

As part of the public I believe you'll find the mass majority follow the 
lead of the OSI on the definition of the opensource definition.

Do what you want, but you're just going to confuse users of ZOE by 
mixing license terminology.

BTW, I actually thought you wanted an answer to whether ZOE is open 
source or not.  I appears you didn't want to hear the answer.
