For ZO=CB to retrieve your email directly, define your different email=20=

As far as outgoing traffic goes, you have 2 main options beside=20
importing your sent messages every now and then:

(1) You can use ZO=CB as a SMTP proxy, i.e. route your outgoing SMTP=20
traffic through ZO=CB itself. ZO=CB will first archive your messages and=20=

then relay them to your effective SMTP server. You need to enable this=20=

option per email account.

(2) If you use an IMAP server, store your sent messages there. ZO=CB =
will=20
retrieve them automatically.

You can mix those different approaches as you see fit.

Most likely not, if you have already imported them. ZO=CB will make sure=20=

that there are no duplicates one way or another.
