Yes. ZO=CB always favor text representation. If none is found, whatever=20=

is there is converted to text.

No. There are many issues related to displaying random pieces of HTML=20
inside an HTML page, security being one among them. Additionally, the=20
text conversion is always necessary for indexing purpose. That said,=20
you can always view the original HTML representation as it's made=20
available as a link in the message toolbar.
