ZO=CB can import anything formated as a mbox:

By a happy coincidence, Apple's Mail.app used this format for as long=20
as anyone can remember... until Mac OS X 10.4 that is, when Apple=20
decided to change its internal storage format for something else...=20
sigh...

So you need to export your message to a mbox format...

Have you tried to drag a mail folder to the Finder? This used to create=20=

a nice mbox directory :)
