RE: A Brief History Of Love

You can already find reviews of the album in various www places, based on a wrong track list(!), mainly consisting of the previous 7"s and 12" A-sides and B-sides, so good tracks as well as fillers. It was uploaded in MP3 format by an idiot on his Blog.

To be honest, the only really good track I have heard until now is 'Velvet', which has the Alan Moulder mixing-stamp all over it. In most of the other tracks that I have heard, there is a lot going on, but the tracks lack direction. I wonder what a nowadays Trevor Horn could do with their material.

i for one am VERY excited for this release. especially with the way 4AD has gone recently, its nice to have something that us older fans can feel its like the old 4AD is back in terms of sound and look. beyond excited.

      Phew. Not done one of these in a long time. The Big Pink's album is IMMENSE. 



This may well be one of my releases of the year, not a duff track on there.
