Hey Jeff great list - don't know what I'd do without you! :P

The only thing I can add is that there is a 2 track CD promo for St Vincent's Marrow. Has the tracks Marrow / Oh My God and comes in a jewel case rather than the usual card or plastic sleeves. Also it has the matrix CAD5826 on the CD (yup - confused me too!). Looks like this was a US promo that was imported into the UK at a later date because the list of US tour dates on the back has been stickered over with the relevent UK tour dates from Oct / Nov.
