Please tell us the actual reason why the cat# of 'Heavy Meadow' changed from 3X14 to 3X31.

That's actually incorrect. While potentially it *could* have clashed with Last Splash, that wasn't the reason for the change.

The album will remain attached to the number it ended up on, however, the earlier number may still be used (barcode clashes pending).
