Stolen Futures of Deaf Children - relates to Rachel Goswell

Lordy, two emails in as many weeks. Rachel doesn't mind her blog being
'outed', and wants to spread the word as much as possible to help create
awareness and get signatures for the petition - if anyone on here is able
