The only things I can think of that's going wrong is that you're streaming the file (the file doesn't get saved when you stream it) or several people are downloading the file at the same time, and rather than downloading it at a slower bit rate, your computer just abandons the download. I successfully downloaded it on two friends computers last night (a Mac and a PC), so I don't know what to tell you. Sorry.
