blackeight?

Anyone heard the new trance single, "The Silence" by Blackeight?

I'm almost positive that the male vocalist is Dominic Appleton from 
Breathless and This Mortal Coil fame. I suspected at first it was 
someone mining their 4AD backcatalogue for trance anthems (a technique
paul oakenfold & the chemical brothers have used w/ great effect) but
the tracklisting said it was a new single by 'Blackeight'. Can't find 
any more info to confirm, anyone know anything about this?
