Hi there.
Last one went on eBay for 5 GBP.
As I recall it isn't a promo, but rather a limited edition release.
It may have only been available via mail order, but I could be wrong
about that. Can't remember how I got my copy new. The TAD catalogue
number suggests it isn't a promo too.
