 Sorry, sorry! You haven't joined the wrong group! I've only been back on 4AD-l for one day and I have already stuffed up!
I couldn't tell you anything about releases from the last 10 years!!!! It's just I once tried to compile a list of promos, so know a wee bit.?

Last one went on eBay for 5 GBP.

As I recall it isn't a promo, but rather a limited edition release.

It may have only been available via mail order, but I could be wrong

about that. Can't remember how I got my copy new. The TAD catalogue

number suggests it isn't a promo too.
