I would guess not, since whenever I've seen Paul talk about this, he has
talked about the two basic melodies he composed for the film (which were
then orchestrated in various ways by George Martin).

A quick glance at the Wikipedia page for the soundtrack album suggests
that the song was *not* included there. I don't know if it ever appeared
anywhere else. I can try to check into this for you, though.
