Yea, and that separation of church and state idea is why I think that sharia has
a harder potential here.
 
But then I look at the laws they do pass, and I have to admit it is not
impossible….
 
The real issue is whether some of the muslim imams want that or not, and sadly,
some do.

Well, citing something as a defense is different from the defense actually
working.  :)
What's interesting to me is that I can kind of see why it could get a foothold
in Britain...institutionalized religious laws are nothing new to them...they
rosecute people for blasphemy.
