I have a laptop provided by work.

It is a 5 year old IBM, so hardly a new shiny model. Those old IBM thinkpads
are nearly indestructable. The fun part is I think they have forgotten I have
it, it is so old.

I’d like a new one, but I prefer investing my money in desktops which I use more
at home.

But even so, I look at the iPad and for me, it will not fit my needs.

It's funny...I have been debating getting a laptop for awhile now, for mobility.
But lately, I am contemplating the iPad...
