I also remember sitting next to a middle aged white lady shortly thereafter who clutched her Bible and read and prayed as well. I think they were probably both afraid of flying and where trying to cope using their own religion. Nobody took notice of the latter lady, but there sure were a lot of stares and eyes watching the gentleman sitting next to me the entire trip.
