As I said above, it doesn't take any special insight to observe that
the Christian right hasn't thrown it's weight into figuring out how to
make universal health care work.

That's like saying "giving food to hungry people isn't the only way to
end starvation." Of course it isn't, but it's a hell of a start,
particularly to those who are dying of hunger. It may be a matter of
theory for those with the resources, but it's a matter of life and
death for those who don't.

At any rate, whatever other "methods" you're thinking of -- they're
not not working.
