Do you mean to imply that there is no "real actual suffering" in the U.S.?

Who's ignoring that? The original question was very specifically about
the issue of universal health care, and why aren't Christians
supporting it. There were no judgements against Christians for their
lack of missionary work, or condemnations that they're not doing
enough to help anyone. I have no idea why you're going on about all
this other stuff.
